Oral histories are an excellent way to preserve and pass on a family member's life experiences to the younger generation. Oral History packages are for sale at the Bookstore.

The Cohen Recording Studio is a digital recording studio located at Chautauqua Institution in western New York, easily accessible from Jamestown and Buffalo. Despite its well-constructed facilities, experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment, Cohen Studio is still able to offer competitively low rates.

Featuring a tracking room, isobooth and control room all within a line of sight of each other, the studio creates a relaxed yet secure atmosphere without losing isolation in the recording. The control room boasts an Intel Mac – for the most flexibility possible in audio programs – connected to a Yamaha DM1000 Digital Production Console and a full Dynaudio 5.1 surround monitoring system.
