Constructed over the summers of 2005 and 2006, the Cohen Recording Studio was designed with isolation, acoustics and visual appeal in mind. A full line of sight exists from every viable recording space in the studio. Such a design allows members of a band to perform simultaneously in different spaces while maintaining communication and not losing the ability for discrete mixing and overdubbing. Lighting is another important feature, with each of the rooms offering distinctive lighting that is quiet and unobtrusive.
