• Comprehensive Planning Assistance - Let our wealth of knowledge, contacts and experience help you to design your next meeting. We can assist you in every aspect of the event planning process.
• Audiovisual - A standard line of audiovisual equipment is available for all conference facilities. Additional audiovisual assistance and technical support can be arranged with competent outside suppliers should you require a more detailed presentation.
• Entertainment - A variety of entertainment options are available, from chamber music ensembles, disc jockeys and bands to comedians and storytellers.
• Brochure Development and Production - We will be glad to assist you in developing and producing your conference brochure with pictures and text as needed to give potential attendees an idea of the Chautauqua experience.
• Special Guest Services - From special dietary requirements to arranging transportation, our staff will make sure all your special needs are addressed.
• Business Center and Administrative Assistance - On site services such as copy and fax machines. Internet or computer related needs and administrative assistance are available. Cost for such services will be quoted upon request based on degree of need.
• Spouse and Children's Programs - Let us arrange activities for spouses and children should you wish to include them in your program.
• Handicapped Accessibility - All of Chautauqua Institution's meeting and lodging facilities are handicapped accessible and guestrooms accommodate those with disabilities.
• Fitness Center - A fitness center, gymnasium and swimming pool are available to enhance your guests stay. Transportation to and from the center can be provided as needed.
• Parking and Directional Signage - In that the Chautauqua Institution is known as a walking community with limited vehicle traffic, large parking areas have been strategically located near meeting facilities with valet parking provided to guests of the Athenaeum Hotel. Once your guests arrive at the Chautauqua Institution they will be greeted by directional signage to aid them to their destination point or designated parking area.
